As prerequisite, into HAL_ADC_MspInit(), ADC clock must be configured
at RCC top level: clock source and clock prescaler.
Two possible clock sources: synchronous clock derived from APB clock
or asynchronous clock derived from ADC dedicated HSI RC oscillator
14MHz.
